Well, its some time ago I've done the last update. Even this is a small one, some changes some movings but nothing really new.

I hope I'll find the link to (re)install IE6 on my ubuntu. Perhaps there are some tricks to fix (bug up) the CSS.

So things do work better now. Fixed some little bugs. IE 7 shows up quite ok. IE 8 still is buggy with the lower parts of the submenus. Remember IE 8 is beta.

still restructuring... The first major change is a flat file hierachy, so each page can be found by google again, independend of its position in the navigation tree.
Tested with Opera, Netscape, Gran Paradiso browser (ok), Konqueror and Internet Explorer 7 (well humm ok). Internet Explorer 6 or any other browser not supporting CSS/XHTML is discouraged.
Navigation menu is realized by CSS tricks (no java-script needed). Backdraw is a lot of (hidden) navigation information on each page. Especially the preview thumbnails in the new foto section.

Thanks for the first feedback Arve! I will try to solve the navigation problem. This is not so easy as I thought.
The Idea was to put subnavigations into a sort of css-enabled drop down menu. But this leads to even more data on each page since all possible menu data must be kept. So I have to change the generation scripts.
There had been some mistakes in the xhtml coding. But now it passes the w3c validator. CSS is valid too. The page loads fast, even with slow connections. And the Web Content Accessibility Report says: "Passed Automated Verification".

The new page will go live shortly, there are only some tiny little css bits I am going to adjust.

This is the new layout. I worked some days on it. Hope you'll find it userfriendly. This page is not optimized for any browser. It uses the standard XHTML and CSS, which is not well supported by some old browsers. This includes internet explorer before version 7.
From now on, I'll try using english. It would be a great help if you send me an email about typos or other erros. (Auch im deutschen Teil sind noch genug Fehler verstäckt).
The disontinuation of feedback or guestbook forms is due to too much spam. I am sorry.
